Have you ever flown in a plane and demanded a window seat just so you could look out a window at the passing cities, lakes, and patchwork of farmland? Or stood atop a tall skyscraper and found yourself staring out the window mesmerized at the tiny cars and people down below?
Often in the world of wildlife conservation, there’s a need to see things from above. Viewing things from eye level provides us with a limited perspective of how the world is and therefore only allows us to only see things from the human eye.
For centuries, there has been a desire to see the places from another perspective – as a bird would witness the world.
In this blog, I’m going to share a few options that allow us as conservationists and curious information seekers to see things with a bird’s eye view.
